Bushes and brambles going all over pavement forcing you into the road. My child tripped and hurt herself on the brambles this morning

The bushes aren't maintained properly and brambles also aren't maintained growing dangerously and protruding out at eye level and floor levels. If cars are parked outside sometimes you have to walk into the road to get passed them which isn't ideal for children, people in wheelchairs or prams and buggies
