Motorbikes parking in Bicycle parking spaces

There are two motorcycles that regularly park amongst the bicycle locking stations on the corner of Cotham hill and Hampton Park. Spaces for cycles are limited on Cotham Hill. Please issue fines or notify the owners that this is not acceptable.
