Stret Lght not working dawn until dusk

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1887573.

The single unit street light (no.4A - not shown on street plan of Guinea Lane from Manor Road to the Church entrance?) is not operational between dawn and dusk, which encourages the same issues of street drinking and drug abuse when lights near this location (columns 4 and 6) are not working
