Pathway lamp not working properly

Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later

There has been two visits to repair this , but the problem still exists one night it came on at 5pm and went out at 7pm for the rest of the night. Tonight it didn't come on at all. Last night it stayed on. The pathway to the flats is very dark, where this light should be. The light is number H3
