Rubbish blocking pedestrian access

Reported via iOS in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 23:54, Mon 16 December 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This house, number 7 consistently leaves rubbish and recycling blocking the pavement all week. This is not Assosciated with collection day. The house has a large front garden that would adequately accommodate all bins and boxes on non recycling days. The pavement is often hard to navigate as a pedestrian - impossible with a pushchair or for a wheelchair user. The accumulated rubbish encourages fly tipping
