Lamppost number 4 on the West town road before the railway crossing is not working.

This street light has not worked for over a month. it is very dark for pedestrians and motorists approaching the railway crossing. I reported it on this system two weeks ago, but received a reply from the highways agency saying its not their lampposts its Bristol City Council problem? So not sure why I had a reply from them when I reported on this system??
