Drain full of mud

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1896137.
On the point of the corner of Midland Road and West Street outside Bear Bar the drain floods badly when it is raining and people get their frocks splashed. You can see mud in the drain when the water finally drains away.

Several years ago there was a "gully cleansing programme" by Bristol City Council but since it's demise there is little or no drain unblocking and alas this report will be closed unremedied like many others.
