Blocked drain in bus stop outside Hippodrome box office

Blocked drain in bus stop leading to significant flooding (15cm deep). When buses pull into bus stop a wave of water sweeps over the pavement and inside the Hippodrome box office, causing water damage to carpet and subfloor. Occurs in heavy rain over the last 4 months.

Serious flooding on the evening of 13th January whilst box office was closed. Water now reaching to back of office behind the counter where staff are working. Tickets have been destroyed by the flood.
