Access impassable due to flood

Reported in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 15:20, Thu 19 December 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 6 minutes later

It is currently impossible to walk from Freeland Place to Hotwell Road without wellington boots due to flooding (presumably because of a drain or gully blockage). The water is considerably deeper than my (standard mens') shoes are high, and extends across the entire width of the access.
