A gulley and the adjacent footpath are covered with rotting wet leaves
Reported in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 22:20, Fri 20 December 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1899570.
The leaves have become a rotting wet mass. The gully is partly blocked and standing water has made walking from the footpath from Saville Place to the other side of the Fosseway very awkward for elderly people who live adjacent. The footpath on this side is hazardous over most of its length because of the rotting leaves.
