Refer to 1695062 reported in July, this depression is getting worse, with cars grounding and pedestrians stumbling as they cross. It is a bottleneck and used by buses as they wait to go single width section of Merchants Road. This whole area (the curve between the two straight sections) needs reconsideration as there have been incremental improvements (pedestrian and bus) which should now have more priority over waiting through traffic. Suggest removal of parking on that side of Victoria Square and construction of pavement (none at present) would improve safety and traffic flow.
