  • Good afternoon,

Last night (08.01.2020) at approximately 20:30, I was driving along Kensington Avenue, St Andrews (near the county cricket ground) when there was a sudden bang from hitting a pothole which I can only assume is this one reported outside number 89.

I thought nothing of it (other than being annoyed at yet another pothole) so didn't stop and continued my drive home.

Today, my wife has reported that the f/o/s tyre is flat and needs to be replaced, therefore I will be pursuing a claim with Bristol city council to fund the replacement.

Could someone please contact me to advise how I can pursue this claim?
