Lights alongside the river are not lit

See attached photo. Along this particular section of the joint pedestrian and cycle path by the river, none of the lampposts along here work resulting in this entire stretch being completely dark at night, with the only light being of some illumination here coming from the nearby office block. Quite dangerous especially when this area becomes wet or icy as pedestrians and cyclists cannot see.

  • This was reported about a year ago and council said not their land so not interested instead of contacting those responsible. This is a major commuter route for pedestrians yet council isn’t bothered
