SA60 DGO, VOLKSWAGEN, GREEN. Abandoned, damaged and unroadworthy commercial vehicle (no MOT) that is full of rotting household rubbish and waste was dumped over three months ago on Friary Road very close to the junction with Berkeley Road and is obstructing / blocking the access road to the school, church and business centre. This is a health and safety hazard so between Bristol City Council, the Police and The Department of Transport please remove it.
