Manhole sunken into road

On the North side of the cross roads, the man hole/drain cover has sunken into the road. Its in the main traffic flow and every vehicle hits it. Sorry no photo, but it's pretty obvious.

  • This cover is now rattling as traffic moves over it. Yesterday a scooter type vehicle hit the now damaged road surface causing him to lose control,

    I live directly on the junct and the noise is unacceptable. If you are not responsible for its repair. Please advise which h utility is. Thank you
