Why has this problem taken so long to sort out? It is a busy public road used by hundreds, if not thousands, of vehicles everyday. This space is not a lot of use if the public's comments are not forwarded to the council who's responsibility it is to resolve either with the contractor concerned or act on behalf of any contractor responsible to make this man hole cover safe again.
