Lots of Canisters dumped

Seems to be a big problem here. There are lots of small canisters dumped on the road. I can confirm this has happened overnight (they were not there last night at about 5:30pm) I have reported this repeatedly, I appreciate its cleaned up fairly quickly but nothing seems to be done to prevent or catch those responsible. And as I point out every time there is still a large council van parking here shielding such activity from the road.
