Blocked drain(s)

There are several drains on Whitchurch road that are blocked, with either mud/sand or leaves, they start at the Bishopsworth Job centre, and go towards the roundabout on Church Road Bs13, there is about 4 of them, they look like they have been like this for some time, i don't think it would be good for them to be blocked this time of year.
