Street light doesn't work

The streetlight outside my house on 18 Wimborne Road doesn't work and hasn't for the past 2 weeks. I do not have an email address nor use the internet so someone at the CSP has written this for me

A job has been raised with our contractors to action this issue and appropriate repairs or maintenance will be undertaken as soon as they can.
