Large gaps either side of manhold cover - my sons scooter wheel has fallen into it twice now, causing him to fall off. Should be fixed asap (especially being so close to a school)

Large gaps either side of manhold cover - my sons (4yrs old) scooter wheel has fallen into it twice now, causing him to fall off & sustaining a minor injury. This should be fixed as a matter of urgency - especially being so close to a school. Thank you.
