Ongoing issue with rubbish around Holroyd House. Previously the rubbish has been cleared but the problem is worse than ever. There seems to be an underlying issue with the waste/recycling facilities for the flats leading to excess waste not to mention all manner of household items people have thrown out and when the wind whips around it gets spread everywhere. There was a dead rat in the road before Christmas, this is becoming a public health issue and need sorting with a long term solution.
