Underpass flooded again
Reported in the Flooding category anonymously at 11:37, Sat 11 January 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1931282.
Both sides of this underpass flood for days after rain, making it unusable and forcing a lengthy detour or a dangerous and probably illegal walk across a very busy roundabout. It's been flooded regularly since September. It's been reported before but nothing permanent has been done about it.

Lawrence Hill Underpass
Hi there,
I walk through Lawrence Hill Underpass every day to get to work and every day is a gamble as to whether or not it will be flooded. If it is, it often adds 10 mins to my commute. This isn't just affecting me obviously, I see a lot of people getting to a point and then turning on their heels.
It seems to get pumped after a few days but surely that is more expensive that fixing the problem for good? Obviously the drains are too small, can't you make them bigger?
This is so frustrating. Please sort it out, I can't be the first person to email about this.
Regards,
