There are brick pavers missing around this duct cover, which is causing a significant trip hazard. My 7 month pregnant wife stumbled on it recently, which could have been really serious.

A job has been raised with our contractors to action this issue and appropriate repairs or maintenance will be undertaken as soon as they can.
