Huge pothole turnt into damage to a big part of the road

The road is dreadful, it has ruined one of my alloys on my car and I would like to claim on this. There are no signs warning drivers to slow down this is a 30 zone and if this pot hole is driven over at 30 your car is in big trouble. I do not pay road tax to come across problems like this. This road has been damaged for over 6 weeks!
