Tarmac has been damaged causing urgent trip hazard

Something heavy has caused approximately a one foot dip in the tarmac pavement which is broken up from there all up to 200 pen park road, making it a trip hazard, urgently a problem as located opposite a day centre which has members with impaired sight.
