Badly rusted fence at top of high drop over River Trym
Reported in the Bridges/Subways category anonymously at 12:34, Wed 15 January 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1939266.
Where the Portway road crosses the River Trym at Sea Mills there is a bridge with a stone balustrade. On both sides of the road, this balustrade is completed at one end by a 2-metre strip of galvanised steel fencing (ie these fences close off where perhaps long ago there were steps leading down to the river below.) These fences are rusted all the way through in places. They are still firm and I don't think they are an active danger, but clearly on their last legs and need replacing.
