Repainting of double yellow lines
Reported in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 13:25, Wed 15 January 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council 7 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1939461.
We had some road work done back along and there use to be double yellow lines at the top of the street as if you were turning left into the high street, the yellow lines were never put back on the road and people are parking on the pavements causing a nuisance to pedestrians as we have to squeeze through the tiniest gap, it's not me I'm bothered about, its wheelchair users and parents with prams that will have to go on the road cuz they are unable to use the pavement for pedestrians! I would like if those double yellow lines would be put back on the road!

Still no action on this, and the 24/7 parking particularly approaching the traffic lights from the Speedwell direction, significantly and unacceptably restricts the 'southbound lane', pushing vehicles waiting at the Lights into the opposite northbound (junction exit) lane.
