Heras fencing around building site insecure

Builders have left a white car half on the plot and half on pavement with heras fencing around car which maybe SORN? as has a flat tyre. Site insecure, building site quite dangerous. The heras fencing doesn’t meet wall and there's a gap with another section opened up. Spoke contractor before Christmas. Site is 100 yards from May Park PS. Danger for school children as foundations being dug are 6ft deep now. Builder has taken down garages and dug up all tarmac. The site needs to be looked at as soon as possible.
