Very large and deep pothole in front of Manor Gardens House

Reported in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 10:46, Thu 16 January 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council 6 minutes later

Huge pothole, 200cm L x 50cm W x 13cm D. I had a tyre blow out during rush hour on 15 January and have possibly lost my rear wheel to damage too. This is a very serious danger and needs marking ASAP and fixing quickly.

  • I suffered a damaged tyre and wheel (beyond repair) whilst travelling along Manor Road at 6.30pm on Tuesday 14th January 2020. It was dark and raining heavily. I was travelling at less than 30mph when I hit the pothole - it was a huge bang. I have been back today to take a photo in the daylight to be able to report the issue. I would be grateful if you could process this as a claim and refund the £140 cost of the repairs to my vehicle.
