Street light not working, really dark on the night time when coming home especially for my young daughter too. If floor is slippery from ice or wet you can’t see what your walking on due to darkness

It saying this light has been fixed but it hasn’t. It is pitch dark by my flat. Please can you fix as it’s really dark when coming home in the evening. Plus you can not see what your walking on as lane is very dark & unsafe if your on your own.
