Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1950129.
Somebody closed the previous case, but it's NOT been fixed. The Tarmac has been laid over the top of the inspection cover in a hump, and is already breaking up, because the holes around the cover have not been filled properly.

The images show this amateurish attempt at at a repair with the newly laid tarmac already breaking up badly, and it will be spread over the road soon, and it's also and hiding the Inspection Cover. Whoever did this repair job should be ashamed of their "skills" and should be made to do it again properly.
