One of the drains in the car park behind 45 East Street is blocked and constantly flooded. This leads to a lot of surface water, which is a danger to pedestrians.

  • The business near the drain consistently clean/empty their kitchen stuff by the drain. I assume it blocks as there’s fat etc going down the drain from the cleaning. Can this be looked into.
