Cars driving and parking on pavement

Customers of the Axbridge road Tesco Express are driving and parking on the pavement outside of the store (on the Axbridge road side). They are blocking pedestrian access and making it hazardous to use the pedestrianised areas. I have even seen people mounting the pavement by using the dropped curb of the zebra crossing. The dropped curbs that are there for delivery vehicles make it too easy for customers to mount the pavement and park illegally.
