Trip hazard metal plate corner raised up o/s no. 96

In my opinion; poss. aluminium 4ft square metal plate, bent up a little in one corner just where a person might be walking and catch their shoe and trip,screw missing that had held plate down before the plate was stepped on and levered it out because a shallow cavity under the plate,which ought to have been levelled first. outside no.96 stokes croft , spotted today 22nd jan
