Industrial bin left in the street.

Industrial bin belonging to the Red Lion pub is frequently left in the road, rather than bringing it in doors and this is a nuisance for people trying to pass. Pushchairs, wheelchairs, mobility scooters etc... Most of the time, there isn't even space for a walking pedestrian to pass which means you have to walk out in to the road which is quite a dangerous road, especially as you cant see what's approaching.

This has been reported twice already.
