L-shape hole on corner of man-hole cover 6inch deep 18inch long 3or4inchwide

Loose man-hole cover(in. frame) in road, tarmac fractured and missing (poss.fallen into man-hole) leaving hole around one corner 9inch arms of L-shape. Near lamppost 54 Muller rd. imho poss.cyclist hazard getting near to being motorcyclist hazard & jay-walker trip hazard. Spotted today 16:15, 25Jan.
