2 roadside drains completely blocked with hard mud, leaves and general waste.

Bottom of Penpole Place and outside the Co-op next to the zebra crossing. Both have been blocked for many years and with all the rain we have had, the large puddles that are created, pedestrians get soaked with muddy water.
