Over growing brambles blocking the road

The bushes have overgrown from the old railway line and are blocking theiry road so much it is now difficult to drive down the street.

Bramble Hedge encroached onto road for approximately the city boundary was the centre of the road1.3m wide x 30mlong the hedge is boundary to Fredor.I contacted NsCouncilthey theysaid the line of the boundary was not clear and the responsibility was Bristol Highways.It would be it would be nice to know if it is the council orthe owner. a visit by your inspector to confirm and get the hedgr cut back to kerb line
