The drain has been blocked for months. It is dangerous, as after heavy rain, pedestrians have to walk out into the road to pass.

  • This is just an update to say that I passed by this gully earlier today and I must report that it is still blocked with a very large body of water pooled over the gully and surrounding pavement and road.
