Lawrence Hill footpaths and steps around underpass broken/damaged

Concrete slabs and steps leading to/from underpass at all four entry points need attention. The slabs are cracked, some raised. The safety strips on the concrete steps are on the whole broken or missing. Danger for young or elderly pedestrians. Grassed mini hills have been used to dump cans, clothing and other rubbish. The whole underpass needs regular attention.
