  • Hi,

I'm after further information on some reports I've made (e.g. Lhttps://fixmystreet.bristol.gov.uk/ report/ 1968532) as they are all at the "A new enquiry has been raised for this issue." stage but no further information is provided.

I would like to know if this is a standard response through the tool or if it's a response directly from the team at Bristol City Council, and if there is further information such as what happens next and if there is a time frame? I see lots of jobs on the site that were raised before mine which seem to have ended at the enquiry stage.

    Thanks,
