Still not working, despite an email to stay it has been fixed

I reported this recently, was emailed that it's been fixed. But I've never seen it working since I reported it. I have seen neither the light outside Mccolls on Fouracres, or the light across the road from it; just into Sherrin Way have worked since I reported them as faulty.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.
