Layout of junction encourages red-light jumping
Reported in the Traffic lights category anonymously at 12:16, Fri 31 January 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1971358.
The layout of this junction encourages vehicles coming down Muller Road to continue through the junction on Red lights long after the lights for Glenfrome Road are green. Red light compliance cameras with warning signs would make the junction safer and improve vehicle flow on Glenfrome Road = reduced congestion
Updates
-
All that is needed are well signed traffic light safety cameras - that would control the problem

THis junction still requires safety cameras to stop red-light jumping. This would improve safety and traffic flow
