Part of pavement come away and water covers sticking up in the pavement - not laying flat

Pavement outside of 7 blaisedell view has broken away and loose. Also the water covers are sticking up and not level with the pavement.

20 may 2020
On the 20 may we had 2 men " repair" the curb that had been a danger since we reported it in February! The quality of workmanship is so bad it has now left a danger to the path as the slither of tarmac that they have hacked out is now unsightly and above all dangerous, as it has nor been filled correctly leaving a nasty lip that scooters and scates would get stuck in ! We have 7 young kids that play out here all the time and im concerned there is going to be an accident
Please can you send some qualified people to repair properly before I report an accident? It really is a shocking repair for which I attach photos. To be frank its worse than before they came! home@raynersmail.com
Please acknowledge this asap / If not rectified I request permission to have this privately repaired and send the bill to bristol council

They even went out of their way to replace a broken curb! Surely this is an embarrassment ! to bcc. I look forward to a response to this post and the previous one !! A sense of urgency would be appreciated after 4 months

Please acknowledge my complaint in reference to the appalling and unsightly mess that greets me as I walk out of my door! If no response by 8th June 2020 i will issue a formal complaint
