Double yellows put oer white lines

Double yellows have been put over faded white lines, people are parking and advising as two sets of lines are present the yellow lines are not enforceable, please correct

  • Vehicles are frequently parking on DYL's and dropped curbs both day and all night. The DYL's were installed to prevent blockage of a shared driveway, in use daily and necessary for access to disabled owner's bungalow at end of drive who has hospital appointments and needs 24 hr access for ambulances.
