Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1979228.
I reported this and received an update at 10.26am today that it had been fixed.. i have just walked past at 5.45pm and it isn't lot so isn't fixed.

A job has been raised with our contractors to action this issue and appropriate repairs or maintenance will be undertaken as soon as they can.
