Lorry blocking view

This lorry has not moved for around 2 months, its blocking our view when we com from Broomhill Road, I've nearly been hit twice in January due to cars/Van's coming up Emery Road (towards the A4) and they dont stop, we dont see them until they are on the roundabout. I had to break the other day as the car came out without stopping almost hit the front of my car and the car behind me almost went into the back of me. It's only a matter of time before some one is hit.
