Loose and raised paving slab

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1980848.
There is a loose paving stone on the corner of Cheltenham Road and Ashley Road which is a serious trip hazard. I fell having tripped over it on the evening of 3rd February 2020 and hit my face on the pavement causing damage to my lower lip and upper front teeth. (photos attached showing loose pavement, damage to mouth and my blood on pavement).
