Very large pot hole that is dangerous to cyclists
Reported in the Carriageway Defect category by Simon Tomlinson (Airbus BUG) at 13:21, Thursday 6 February 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later
A number of very large potholes on Eastfield opposite number 76. These have been raised by several people over the last 5 weeks (1979457, 1912331, 1961599, 1942375) and despite most of these reports being closed the defects are still there. These are very dangerous to cyclists as I can attest as I hit these 1 week after they were first logged and although I managed to stay on my bike, it suffered serious and expensive damage. I am not happy that BCC are closing these reports with no action. If they had acted correctly when the defect was first recorded I would no have suffered the cost I did
