Selfish parents at Elmlea infant school

Reported via iOS in the Car parking category anonymously at 09:11, Fri 7 February 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

Elmlea ave is currently under consultation for new parking restrictions. The new restrictions proposed are extremely onerous and will severely limit parking provision in the area, including safe and acceptable parking.

The issue is that the current parking restrictions are not enforced. Daily the same few parents disregard the parking restrictions and park over white and yellow lines (as well as residents driveways) in a way that makes the walk to school unsafe for many children. One of these cars (the darker blue) has been parking on this white line all week at school drop off time. They clearly believe they have a personal parking space.
